Dear KTG Coding Students,
I trust you all are doing well.
I am reaching out to remind you about our upcoming training event scheduled for this Saturday 2nd March at 9:00 AM, taking place on campus in Engineering III, 3-7 (Drawing Rooms).
Here’s what we have planned for the day:
- TinkerCad Training
- Hands-on TinkerCad Tinkering
- Ice Breaker Session
- Quick Break
- Explanation of The Ranger Game
- The Ranger Game Event
- Introduction to Basic Python Concepts
- Discussion on Study Guide
We’ve addressed the concerns regarding the recent protest, ensuring your safety with security present on campus. Therefore, there’s no need for concern.
Please bring a snack and some water for refreshment, as most campus food facilities will be closed.
Additionally, you must bring a laptop to practice on during the event. This will enable you to participate actively in the training and tinkering sessions. If you cannot bring a laptop yourself, please ensure at least one other member in your group has a laptop that they can bring.
We aim to wrap up by around 12:00, giving you ample time for self-study and exploration of Python and TinkerCad.
Important: Do not forget to bring your student cards for us to scan to allocate your attendance hours.
Looking forward to a productive session with you all!
Kind Regards
The KTG Team
