Material Creation Deadline Approaching

Dear KTG Coding Students

This is a friendly but crucial reminder regarding the upcoming deadline for your material creation task, which is due on Sunday, 21st April, at 23:59.

Please remember that only one group member is required to submit the completed material. However, all other group members must submit a screenshot of the proof of submission received by the group member who submits the material. This is a critical step in the submission process, as outlined in the project guide. Ensure that every group member receives an email confirmation as proof of their submission.

Important: If you do not submit the screenshot proof of submission, you will not receive hours for your contribution, regardless of the work done. This rule is strictly enforced and detailed in the project guide.

Remember that submissions can take 1-3 working days to review. It is highly recommended that each group submits their material early to allow time for receiving feedback and making any necessary changes. Please be aware that no excuses for late submissions will be accepted.

Once you have submitted, ensure that you request an hours summary to confirm that your submission has been received.

Ensure you review the specifications and requirements in the project guide thoroughly to meet all criteria successfully. Compliance with these rules is essential for the fair assessment of your work.
