BVW Training: Date and Time Change

Dear BVW Students

Please note that the BVW Training and Event Preparation session has been rescheduled. It will now take place on Monday, 22 July, from 17:30 to 19:30 in Engineering III, Room 3-2. The change in date and time is to align with the new university lecture hall policies, and to better accommodate students returning from outside of Pretoria.

During this session, you will be creating hygiene packages as outlined in the Project Guide. Additionally, you will receive information about the guest speakers for the events. You will earn 4 hours for attending the training. After receiving the information on the speakers, you will be able to start working on the 6 hours of Event Preparation.

Please remember to bring:
– Your student card
– A notebook and pen
– A printed A4 version of the poster you created (preferably in colour)

The Project Guide has been amended accordingly.
