Dear KTG Coding Students
As per the project guide, you can claim up to a maximum of R600 back from KTG for the materials you have purchased.
To do so, please follow these two steps (only your group leader should do this):
1. Drop off the packages: Bring your components to the JCP office on Thursday, the 15th of August 2024 between 8:00 am and 11:00 am.
2. Make sure to complete both steps to ensure your reimbursement is processed smoothly.
Submit all your proof of purchase as per the instructions in the project guide.
You are also welcome to keep the components you purchased, but you obviously will not be reimbursed for this.
If you have already submitted a claim and do not return the components next week Thursday, your hours will be put on hold until the components have been returned.
