Dear KTG Drone School Students
As per the project guide, you can claim up to a maximum of R1200 (for a group of 5) back from KTG for the materials you have purchased.
To do so, please follow these two steps (only one group member should do this):
1. Ensure you have completed the reimbursement claims form with all your proof of purchases. This must be a receipt detailing what was purchased, not proof of payment. Additionally, you are required to upload a recent bank confirmation letter to verify that the banking details provided are correct. If you did not have to do this in your original submission, please re-submit the claim with this document uploaded.
2. Bring your components to the JCP office between Tuesday, August 27th, and Friday, August 30th, only between 14:00 and 18:00.
Make sure to complete both steps to ensure your reimbursement is processed smoothly.
You are also welcome to keep the components that you purchased, but you will not be reimbursed for them. You will only be reimbursed for the components you return to KTG for future use in our robotics and drone school programs.
If you have already submitted a claim and do not return the components by Friday this week, your reimbursement claim will not be processed under the assumption that you have decided to keep the components that you purchased. If you cannot bring the components by Friday this week, please get in touch with us to make an alternative arrangement before Friday at 18:00.
