Extra-Hour Opportunities Due: Sunday, 31 August 2025 @ 23h59
Dear KTG Students
We’re now in the final stretch—less than two weeks remain to complete your required 40 hours with KTG.
1) Check Your Hours Now
- Review your Hours Summary today. If hours do not appear there, they will not appear on your final Log Statement submitted to the JCP department.
- If anything is missing and you followed all Project Guide instructions and announcements, let us know now—don’t wait.
- Group submissions: Every member was required to submit either (1) the content or (2) proof of the group submission.
- If you did not submit one of the above before the deadline, those hours will not be granted. No exceptions.
- This requirement aligns with the Graduate Attributes assessed in the JCP module (personal accountability, professionalism, and documentation discipline).
2) Extra-Hour Opportunities (up to 12 hours)
You may complete Extra-Hour Opportunity 1 and/or Extra-Hour Opportunity 2 (6 hours each, total of up to 12 hours), provided:
- You follow every instruction exactly; and
- Your submission is of very high quality.
There will be no leniency on these submissions.

Important timing notes:
- Test week starts on Saturday.
- Submissions requiring manual review take up to 3 working days.
- If you submit on Thursday or Friday before the final deadline (Sunday, 31st August @ 23h59), your work will likely only be reviewed after the final deadline.
- If it’s not accepted, you will NOT have a further opportunity to fix it. Plan your time well—submit early.
3) No Extensions & Finalisation
- No extensions will be made under any circumstances. This deadline was communicated to you in February, and there have been more than enough opportunities to earn 40 hours. All KTG programs have students who have already earned over 90 hours, so 40 was more than achievable.
- All hours will be finalised and submitted to JCP after Monday, 1st September 2025.
- After 1 September, no further changes can be made.
