Dear KTG Mentorship Students
Please note that due to test week and the number of students scheduled to write semester tests on Saturday, the final mentorship event has been rescheduled to the 14th of September 2024. This event is mandatory, and your attendance is required to complete the community service component of the JCP module in the KTG Mentorship program.
The deadline for logging your hours remains 23h59 on the 1st of September 2024. There is ONE exception to this rule: the final 4 hours that you will earn at the rescheduled event will be logged automatically after the deadline. In other words, the manual logging of hours (on Google Forms) will be closed at 00h00 on the 2nd of September.
If you are unable to attend the event:
- If you already have 40 hours: You must send an email excusing yourself with a valid reason for not attending.
- If you still need the last 4 hours: You must send an email excusing yourself with a valid reason for not attending, and you will need to make up the last 4 hours before the 1st of September 2024.
