Booking of 4-Week Sessions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On the morning of <strong>Monday, 2nd March<\/strong>, the <strong>\u201cBook Events\u201d<\/strong> button on the website will become available on your <a href=\"https:\/\/keepthatgoldshining.org\/jcp\/ktg-projects\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2780\">program page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will have <strong>one week<\/strong> to book the four-day sessions (four consecutive Saturdays) you wish to be part of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is <strong>recommended<\/strong>, but not compulsory, to book the same session as your team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings operate on a <strong>first-come, first-served basis<\/strong>. Exceptions will not be made for you to be with your team members if you book late and the spaces fill up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you fail to book before the closing deadline, you will be <strong>randomly assigned<\/strong> to a session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please make sure you book on time to avoid disappointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Communication Platform Change<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to changes in Telegram\u2019s terms of service, such as introducing charges in South Africa, we will be moving all informal communications to <strong>Signal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find the relevant Signal groups on the website (on your assigned program page).<br>Please join the necessary Signal groups <strong>as soon as possible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Project Proposal Signatures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a long-standing agreement with JCP due to the volume of students (950+).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your project proposals <strong>do NOT need to be signed by us<\/strong>.<br>Simply write <strong>\u201cKTG\u201d<\/strong> in the signature box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please <strong>do not email us<\/strong> regarding this matter. Emails relating to this will be ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
