Hello everyone!
Just like always, our JCP Training Day will be taking place this Friday, 31 July, from 17:30 – 19:30. The venue will be communicated once finalised but will likely be in Engineering 2 or Engineering 3.
Please take note of the following important reminders:
Poster Submissions:
– Everyone is expected to bring 4 printed copies of their posters in A5 size.
– Posters must already be cut and ready.
– If you print 2 posters on one A4 page, please ensure that they are separated before arriving.
Poster Corrections:
Please note that there will not be an opportunity to redo or resubmit posters. The posters that were submitted will be the ones considered as the final submission and will be graded accordingly.
Package Creation:
Package creation is planned for Friday evening; however, this is still pending confirmation. We will communicate once it has been finalised.
Preparation for Saturday:
Please also take time to familiarise yourselves with the concepts and information provided in this Menstrual Health Facilitator Guide document, as these will be discussed during Saturday’s session on Menstrual health and hygiene.
The document will also be uploaded to the drive for easier access, which will be updated by Friday morning at the latest so that everyone can access the necessary information before the session.
